Return and Refund Policy for Wattsup Customs
Thank you for shopping with us at Wattsup Customs! We take pride in creating custom products tailored to your individual style. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:
1. Custom Orders:
Due to the personalized nature of our custom cups and products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items once they have been personalized.
2. Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). All shipments are insured, and the carrier is responsible for reimbursing damages that occur during transit.
To file a claim:
- For USPS: Visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and follow the instructions to submit a claim.
- For UPS: Go to https://www.ups.com/claims and start a claim for the damaged package.
Please keep all packaging and the damaged item until the claim is fully processed and approved, as the carrier may request an inspection or additional verification. Clear photos of the damage and packaging will be required for the claim. If you need any supporting documents from us, feel free to reach out.
3. Order Issues:
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item received), please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly. Normal products have a 6 day return with customer paid shipping and 60% restock fee. We do this because most of all products are sold LIVE and is verified by you before it is sent out.
4. Shipping Insurance:
To ensure peace of mind, we include shipping insurance on all orders. If your item arrives damaged, you can file a claim through the shipping carrier for a replacement or refund.
